The service department tried to rip me off with parts I didn't need. After I demonstrated a little bit of car mechanics knowledge the sales/service rep and the mechanic went ballistic. They were like a "team". Ignorance means cash to these people.

Pete, Tony and Ron are part of an excellent sales team at North Shore Nissan. The entire process was streamlined, easy and most importantly pressure free. From the moment I started the negotiation process with Pete I knew I would buy a car, he is a valued asset to your team. Tony was extremely kind and helpful during the financial portion of the sale, not being very experienced at car buying, Tony took the time to explain everything and made sure all my questions were answered. While this may be their job, they did it effortlessly and in a way that proved genuine concern for the car buying experience. I never felt like just another customer. I would not hesitate to recommend North Shore Nissan and its sales team to anyone interested in their next car purchase. Keep up the great work!
