TERRIBLE-NEVER GO BACK AGAIN: They lost two mens shirts and when asked to be reimbursed, the owner walked away and said "I'm not paying your mortgage" . She has refused to pay for shirts they lost and service and attitude is TERRIBLE.
Good Cleaning, bad attitude, lost stuff: They do a good job dry cleaning, although their attitude needs a bit of work. I brought in a 3 shirts, a mens suit and a king size comforter. They told me that everything would be ready by Monday after 6pm. When I came to pick up my clothes. The suit and comforter were ready, as well as two of the three shirts. They "lost" one of my shirts. It was mis-labled or something. They told me to come back the next day. The next day they still hadn't found it. Later that week I called to speak with the manager. I asked to be reimbursed for the cost of replacing the shirt. The manager told me that it wasn't their policy to replace lost items. She told me to call back on Friday.
Thursday afternoon I recieved a call stating that my shirt was ready. When I went to pick it up, they didn't even appologize for the inconvienence. Not very customer friendly. I haven't been back since.
Know what to use: The dry cleaning side has always got my stains out (one skirt and one shirt). For the laundry, make sure you use the silver front loading machines, the top loading machines have issues (one of them left the clothes really wet, one of them got oil on my shirt). Half the dryers are broken, so only use ones that have previously had clothes in them.
