our complex has gone from bad to worse
our doors and hallways look like war zones and the cement is barely holding the saircases.
But then they drive up in cars our co. has helped them buy year after year. I am not saying this is there fault but i am unsure if things are kosher here.
they never respond and outside of the grass they dont seem to care. i am sorry who ever chose them did so.oh they put bulletin boards up.

My first impression of Mrs. Stephanie Brodsky was so very wrong that I must change my very positive review with a very negative one. Her arrogance, her misinterpretations of our Bylaws, Illinois condominium act and her disrespect for the freedom of speach in this Land of the free is unprofessional,unbelievable and unacceptable.

These folks are truly awful. Questions go unanswered, phone calls unreturned, and bills unpaid. A utility company demanded a deposit from out 40-year old condo association because they delayed and avoided paying our bill. It took months to find out what the deposit was on our monthly financial report. But they always paid themselves, like clockwork.
Noone in the office knows what anyone else is doing, and there are only 3 of them. Messages either are not passed on or are ignored. I cannot wait to be finished with them.
