RE: ABBY KAULAS - March 2nd to the 5th, 2012
Dear Veterinary Specialty Center ER Staff:
We want to thank you all so much for all of the effort, care, compassion and concern you gave our sweet Abby (Golden Retreiver). We truly feel that you tried your very best to save her. Our special thanks go to Dr. Schmidt, Dr. Ryl, Dr. Sproul & Dr. Humphrey - all of you were fantastic & always in touch with us regarding Abby s present condition. We certainly will & have recommended VSC to everyone. Should our Ashley require special needs, we will not hesitate to be in touch with VSC. Thanks again for being the best!! Sincerely, Sally Kaulas
We knew something was wrong with our cat Gabriel, and took him to see Dr. Noonan, who was emphathetic and honest with us and made us feel that she was part of the family who loves him...he is leaving us today, but we want to thank the Center for their help....would definitely go back there again without a doubt and trust them implicitly...Thanks again for your help..it made it easier for us to accept the inevitable...
I cannot say enough about the service we received at the Veterinary Specialty Center. Yes, it was not cheap, but I would do it again to save my dog. Dr. Leach gave us a lot of helpful advice and guidance regarding Max s cancer and situation. Dr. Ablin called us before surgery to talk to us about our concerns and Max s plan of care. After surgery she called to let us know how Max was doing and later called with the final pathology results. The other staff members were very caring and knowledgeable. Our discharge nurse answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable taking Max home. I can t thank them enough for the professional care they provided Max!!!
