User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGregory Dodge has been very good to us over the years. The service department always changes the oil quickly and does a nice job washing the car. They've also doggedly worked at solving an odd problem with my car and kept at it while providing me with a loaner in the meantime. Gregory Dodge works for us!

I asked them to hold a new car I was planning to buy that week,They agreed. when i came back it had been sold, and the sales man tried to switch me to buy a more expensive model.Needless to say I went elsewhere,
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI agree, Merriam is the Service Manager there, and she is a very rude lady!!!
I went in there one day for the free oil change that I was promised when I bought my new car, and she told me I would not receive it because I did not come back to her service department for the last oil change!
I work and live a good distance from the dealership, and decided to pay for an oil change elsewhere to save me some time, and she tells me that because of that I am no longer entitled to Free Oil Changes from there store ever again!
She told me to either pay for my Oil Change (To be readmitted into Free oil Change Program) or to leave the store and never come back!
So, I left and I won't be back either to buy my next new car!
