User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI discontinued my Auto and Home policy with State Farm after 2 years of being a customer. They showed me a great deal of unprofessionalism and never returned my calls when I needed to speak with someone about my policy. Gordon in particular showed as a very unreliable agent and I am not sure how he got the other good reviews? I would have to say that this was my worst experience ever with the insurance agency and I would definitely not recommend Gordon or State Farm in general if you need an agent or agency that will be responsive and helpful. I just switched over to Geico and they were extremely helpful and were able to work with me on the discounts.

I have been with Gordon and State Farm for over 17 years. His office staff and his professionalism are second to none. I have personally recommended Gordo to all my transferees and friends. I wouldn't think of changing companies or agents. When I recently had a motorcycle accident and an issue with my investment property, Gordon and State Farm were always there and extremely helpful.
