We are experienced and reliable general contractors and home remodelers who are capable of completing any and all home renovation, remodeling, and repair projects. We specialize in kitchens, bathrooms, and basements but our broad expertise and years of experience allow us to complete any project you need done on your home. We believe that over the year our efficient, family-based management coupled with our years of experience has been the key to our success and we pride ourselves on providing our clients with the highest quality, honest, and friendly service while at the same time keeping our projects as cost effective as possible. Since our founding our firm has been growing steadily and today we service Northern Chicagoland, the Northern and Western Suburbs, as well as our own community in the North Shore.Our firm was originally founded as a small, private family business and while it has grown in recent years it is still completely family owned and operated and now encompasses three generations of our family. Zbigniew owns the firm and has over 45 years worth of construction planning and business management experience from both the US and Europe. Before moving to the US with his family Zbigniew worked in Poland as a building engineer and later owned his own painting company. Robert is Zbigniew's son-in-law and handles all the day-to-day functions of the company and acts as foreman of all of our projects. He has over 25 years of technical and on the job experience and his expertise covers nearly every realm of home renovation and repair, including electrical work and plumbing. Adam is Robert's son and a graduate of Lake Forest High School as well as the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and is currently helping us run our office and marketing efforts while preparing for graduate school. While Adam works at our home office with the rest of the family Robert and Zbigniew are out in the field giving estimates and meeting with clients. As a result of their complementary backgrounds and areas of expertise Robert and Zbigniew work very closely and very well together to ensure that our clients recieve only the highest quality worksmanship, service, and treatmentAt Delta our main goal is complete customer satisfaction. By that we mean that above all else we value our relationships with our clients and are always prepared to do whatever we can to make sure that they are fully satisfied with us and our work. We know that having work done on your home can sometimes be challenging and that it might be difficult to find the right contractor for your project but we believe that the friendly, honest, and professional way that we treat our clients is what sets us apart from other firms. My family had moved into a small ranch home...See MoreDelta C Construction redid my entire home a few years ago and they did a great job! My family had moved into a small ranch home a few years ago and we had wanted to remodel it for some time. We were thrilled to find a local firm to do it! At first I was a bit concerned about undertaking such a large remodeling project however Robert and Ziggy were both very friendly and professional and managed to get the entire project done on time and on budget. We were expecting it to be difficult to complete the project and live in our home and the same time however Robert and Ziggy made sure that everything ran smoothly and our project was finished in a very reasonable amount of time. They also kept everything neat and tidy and out of the way so that we could go on with our lives while the work was being done. When I was thinking about doing this project I was concerned about when the work would get finished and whether the contractors would be reliable, however Robert and Ziggy were always 100% reliable and I always felt that they were always available to meet or consult with me. I was very impressed with Delta's professionalism and friendly approach and I would definitely use them again!Report AbuseWrite a comment ...
