Following numerous phone calls to various storage facilities in the area to accommodate my mother's move to Illinois, I was lucky enough to dial the number for Safe & Secure Self Storage. A man named Mark (who I would later find out owns the business) answered the phone and took the time to fully explain details about types, sizes, and fees relating to each unit. He was the most pleasant and patient person I had spoken to during my search. Needless to say, I chose his facility and upon my mother's arrival took her to store her things. Not only was he equally as friendly and helpful as he had been on the phone, the storage facility was clean, climate controlled, and easily accessible. This is a storage location/truck rental company that strives for customer satisfaction and has very reasonable prices.
