User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsVery Disappointed!: My grandparents have been buried at Highland Memorial Park since 1975/1979. I visited the cemetery on July 27, 2005 and was very disappointed at the upkeep of the grounds. There are weeds growing everywhere, no upkeep of the headstones as grass has overgrown and covered many names and dates. My children and I sat for about an hour and uncovered the grass/weeds on several neighbors close by. I think what disturbed me the most is I had purchased an eternal candle several years ago to find someone had either removed it or stolen it - as does someone constantly take my flowers that I leave for them. How can anyone live with themself by taking something from the deceased? The new owners of the cemetery need to seriously look at the upkeep of the grounds as a priority!
