I bought a camry from Libertyville Toyota from Scott Waller and he really took care of me on the price. I went to other dealerships in the area and they played games with me. I came in on Monday night after playing the games with the other stores. I sat down with Scott and he gave me the numbers right away. Mike the finance guy was easy going and gave me an lower rate than my credit union.

Gosh two bad reviews.I don`t think it's that bad. My review....I brought a new car there,but found the same model selling for $500 less in another dealer.I get my oil changed there without any problems,prob cheaper at the dealer than me changing it myself.Very large waiting room with a tv and magazines to read, They also a childrens play room. There service dept tries to please you, I just wish that they would wash your can onsite after the service,rather than handing out a coupon for a wash some where else.

Customer service is the worst I have ever had anywhere. I called over 12 different times with questions about my lease agreement, and left messages on several machines and never got a call back. When I bought a car from there, there was no one to help with putting on the plates for me, so one of the sales people helped me out. No service, no management, a terribly run business. I will always by toyota's but I now take my business elsewhere.
