User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI went to Sherman dodge to have my clutch checked out because it was slipping. They couldn't find anything wrong with it but they came back with a whole list of other things they aid needed done. I went with what the service advisor said and paid them $822 to have my spark plugs replaced, an induction system cleaning, and new power steering liness. After I went home I looked over all my previous service recordsd which had been done at other 5 star dodge dealers and found out that the power steering lines and spark plugs had been replaced 3000k miles ago at Midway Dodge, and that the induction system had been cleaned 9000k miles ago at Northwester Napleton Dodge. I'm not on here to promote anyone else but Sherman Dodge sucks and they are nothing but crooks. Their website says they have discounted and competitive rates on service and labor, but they don't. Their labor rate is $120 an hour, while Midway Dodge is $98 and Northwestern Napleton Dodge is $112. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else....ANYWHERE else besides here!

Read the reviews and listen to them! This place is awful and because my car is still under warrenty I have to take it there! Every time I go for service on my 2007 dodge minivan they fix what is broken but come up with 300 to 500 dollars worth of things not covered by the warrenty! They are a rip off and the service people are ignorant!

Sherman Dodge is the home of the worst service. You cannot find any other dealer who is as bad as Sheman Dodge. I hope someone high up takes our feedbacks seriously and do something about it. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service.
