Dr. Goldin heads a professional group which provides prompt, polite and efficient dermatological services. His office notifies patients of upcoming appointments in a timely and courteous manner. He runs on time and is fast but thorough in his work.
I certainly can recommend Dr. Goldin and his group based on my experiences over the past several years and intend to see him should the need arise.
Extremely rude staff, a rude habit of making patients wait.
No appt reminders, and be careful, if by any chance, you forget, instead of calling you, they send a bill with no-show charges in mail. Then when you call them regarding this, they are rude and slam the phone down. No amount of talent can compensate for unnecessary billing in these times of rising healthcare costs, and there are enough of competent and polite healthcare proefssionals one can choose from.
Sure way to lose patients - lack of courtesy and a regard only for the bottom line!
Dr. Goldin and his staff set the bar for how a medical office should be run. I have been a patient of Dr. Goldin's for some years now and he has the best 'bedside manner' with his patients, taking the time to learn and remember personal details about them and their lives. He is so good, I think he should give courses to other physicians and physicians-in-training on how to relate and communicate with patients. His staff is also excellent and very accommodating. I would very enthusiastically recommend Dr. Goldin.

I have been a patient at the office for years. I always get a reminder call. They have an automatic reminder that asks for your language. I think they have it in Spanish and Russian. I got a no show fee, but I understand that they are busy and can't get patients in and that when I reserved the time, I was responsible for it. My dentist does this, so does my kids pediatrician. The staff is always nice to me. I bet you were angry and rude and they responded.
