What I Think about the American Bitches that come to the Laundry mat in palatine! Most of the American women that come in to the Maytag Laundry in Palatine, are very rude, mean and don't have any manners. Most of these women that come in to this laundry mat are very stupid and don't know how to do their laundry. I have been coming to this laundry mat for years. And I believe that american's are very nasty people. So don't listen or believe any of the negative reviews. This laundry mat is very clean, has a lot of washers and dryers and has very nice employee's that work there.

My mom and I went to Admag Maytag Laundry to wash several comforters. As we entered the premises, two of the woman attendants greeted us with evil glares. The attendants did not offer any assistants to us. It was clear that we had never been to this location before as my mom asked the attendants where the large washing machines were. As we proceeded to put the comforters into one of the smaller machines, we were told in a rude manner that the smaller machine only holds one comforter. So, we only put one comforter in the smaller machine. As we proceeded to put two comforters into the larger machine, we were told in a nasty tone, "You break it, you buy it!" At this point, it was very obvious that we were being mistreated and disrespected for no reason at all. As a first time costumer, I would have expected the attendants to explain to us in a professional manner where we could wash our comforters and how many we could put in each machine. Instead of being rude and making judgments as if we were there to cause mischief and to break their machines. Needless to say, we did not stay there to wash our comforters. We took our business elsewhere! I will NEVER give these people my business and I would not recommend that anyone give their business to an establishment that discriminates and is extremely unprofessional!

I always go to this laundry mat. I have been going here for 15 years and I think that the people running the place are very very nice. It's not the people that are working at the laundry mat that are rude and angry. It's most of their customers that don't have any respect for the people working there. Most of the Americans that come to this laundry mat are very rude and have no manners. If you ask me the people that go to public places should learn better manners and then complain about the employees that work there. So don't listen to the negative reviews and believe me when I say that this is the best laundry mat in town.
