User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI was horrified when a Castle Gardens Employee (owner?) yelled and screemed at me, in front of other customers, about driving an SUV.
She went so far as to call me a terrorist!
I use my truck for work, so I can feed my children.
I can only guess at how many diesel spewing tractors and gas guzzling trucks these people use?

On saturday I purchased a dogwood bush, I noticed that it has black spots, the guy assured me that it was from the sprinklers and not a fungus.
I got it home and thought more and more about the bush and decided that I didn't want the bush.
I called Monday and they informed me that I needed to return the bush no later than Tuesday.
My husband went to return the bush, the lady was rude and said that she would not take the bush back, because it was in his car too long and was abit wilted (it just needed some water)
I called the garden center and she was rude to me from the start, she hung up on me all 3 times that I called back to get someone to listen to me.
She didn't care about me as her customer and now has lost a good customer. I have purchased alot of great things from Castle Gardens, but from this point forward I will NO LONGER be shopping there. This was the first and only time that any one has ever treated me so poorly there and I was very shocked.
All it takes is one time and I'm done. I would not recommend Castle Gardens to anyone ever again and I am telling everyone that I know that does shop there to stop.
Word of mouth is a powerful tool!!
