Love That Pita Bread!: West of Edens is just an eat in counter service joint a cut above fast food. No one will mistake it for a health food restaurant, but that's ok. Sometimes a big old gyros sandwich is just what the doctor would eat when no one was looking. Succulent slices of gyro topped with onions, tomatoes and a fabulous tzatziki sauce are sturdily cradled in a folded piece of the best pita bread ever. For those on a lunch budget the best value on the menu is the chicken leg platter. Two nicely herbed roasted legs come with a mess of rice, tasty poato wedges and a piece of bread, all for about 5 bucks. If you ask nicely you can get a piece of pita bread instead.
the best greek food in town: For the best greek ribs go to hubs. Best greek gyros go to dengeos, best greek chicken breast plate (my favorite) go to east/west of edens.
