User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsStrongly Recommend: Very high level of instruction. Small classes, high teacher/student ratio, and lots of practice times available. Academic style of teaching (no drill sergeants). Efficient self-defense is the primary focus. There is also a very practical women's self-defense program, and a class that teaches the use and practice of OC (pepper spray). It the teaching approach of the instructor that puts CAI above other marital arts schools I've been to.
