The plumber that came out was very experienced, he asked me some questions about the problem I was having and went on and diagnosed the problem. He gave me the price before he started the work. He was quick and clean, I would recommend Reliance to all my friends and family, I was very lucky to have found this local plumber online.
I usually don't write letters of review, but after much anguish of going through 2 plumbing companies in my area who both quoted me unreasonable fees and didn't seem to care if my problem was fixed, it was a great relief of mine to have taken the suggestion of a friend to call Reliance Plumbing. The woman over the phone who answered the phone and greeted me was so friendly when we set up my appointment for that day. The service man was prompt and at my home within the time frame I was quoted and was very friendly from the beginning. After explaining to him my situation with the other two companies, he assured me the problem could be fixed and I wasn't at the fraction of the cost the other plumbers had quoted me. I have to say your staff is very polite and professional. Its nice to know that there are still companies out there that still have integrity and honesty. Thank you.
VERY DISAPPOINTED TWO CALLS TO MY HOME FIRST CALL $150.00 TO DO NOTHING CALLED BACK, AND SECOND SERVICE MAN WAS YOUNG AND VERY RUDE EVEN THOUGH I HAD ASKED FOR AN EXPERIENCED PLUMBER!!!!!!! I AM STILL OUT $150 AND THE PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN FIXED. I HAD BEEN TOLD TWO DIFFERENT THINGS BY EACH REPAIRMAN!!!! MY ADVICE: DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND LOOK ELSEWHERE

Bradley the first service man open section of wall on other side of shower,found out that the problem was not plumbing related,and told the customer she had to get a tile contractor to solve said problem,for time and work in finding leak,customer was charged $150.00.Reliance had to pay fuel,labor,insurance,workmans comp insurance,licence ,bond etc.Customer went to home depot bought some caulk did the repair herself, and after she could not solve problem called back to Reliance and complain,We sent out a 36 year old supervisor who was is a licence plumber,he was very polite and told the Customer she should hire a profesional tile setter to solve her problem,in good faith reliance did evrything in its power to to solve this issue,we are not tile setters we are profesional plumbers and we did find where leak was coming from.
