Not a good place to take your business. I had an issue with a shirt they had just cleaned for me (button was torn off cuff and damaged the fabric) and when I went into to see what they could do for me, their reply was "the shirt did not go out that way" and "can not do anything for you". What ever happened to the customer is always right. In this case, not only is the the customer is always wrong but we think you are lying over a shirt. POOR BUSINESS DECISION. Take your cleaning elsewhere to avoid any issues if you have cleaning to do in BARTLETT, there are plenty of other cleaners and this place just DOES NOT VALUE its CUSTOMERS,. Especially since I have been going there for some years... too bad!
