User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI just had my car serviced at Fields and found it to be the best experience overall of any dealer I have been to. The staff was very knowledgable and they even washed my car before I picked it up.
I have used 2 other dealer service departments and found Fields to be the best in all areas.-

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had t a dealership. The service was terrible at best, my car was there for over 72 hours before the staff even began the diagnostic work. The service departments gives you an advisor, and mine didn't even return my phone calls. More then a weeks later my car was finally finished, not to mention I was charged additional money beyond my deductible even though I had a warranty. If you want to get the least amount for your money, and get screwed over then you should probably go to Fields BMW in Northfield and talk to Bob, Bill, or Joe.
Recently, I returned to Fields for a third time this month because they had yet to fix the problem which I had come in with the previous two times... these so called BMW specialists cant even figure out what is wrong with my car.... They are slow and still dont complete the job... and when the customer is dissatisfied and returns there is no remorse... This dealership is filled with a bunch of morons... The only person worth while there is a service associate by the name of Rich. -

My last service visit was amazing! My car had lot of work to be done and it was all done in one day. They had a loaner ready for me. They called me to tell me it was all done. Plus the free car wash.
