User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsIm sorry but this place is horrible. Every time I walk in the door I get a "once over" (dirty look from head to toe) from all of the waitresses. And mind you ive been to this place 5 or 6 times (only because it just happens to be close to my friends house). Last time I went, I had chicken pasta mikino- im not sure how to spell it.
I asked the waitress if they could leave out the chicken. Another dirty look ensues. What I got was soupy, mushy, noodles with expired feta cheese sprinkled on top. It was disgusting. It tasted like bad sour milk and it wasnt even warm. I didnt even want to complain because they would probably ask to give me a free meal and all of their food is disgusting and someone would probably mess with it anyway.
Another time before that one of the waitresses actually said " are you guys almost done cuz I wanna go home soon and im waiting on you". That is RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! I will never ever go there again.
What is the point of having a restaurant if you hate when anyone is there?
Its not clean, the food is awful and questionable, and the service is atrocious!
Next time, I will go to Dappers restaurant which is just a little further down lake street, or I will go to Denny's. Denny's is better than this place!

My family and i always go to the sunmist for dinner and were there the night of the big party and heard nothing but compliments so i dont know what that person is talking about in the last commet they were looking for a freebe sunmist is always busy and has the best service and food in town we come from roselle at least 3 nights a week.So try for yourself .

Sunmist Has great food and a friendly staff! One of my all tie favorite places to eat.

Six of us came upon this restaurant this morning and loved it. The service was good and the breakfasts were excellent. I would highly recommend it and will return when in the area again.
There is absolutely anyone with a tongue could eat at this place and call the food "excellent".
