Rick from A Perfect Climate came over a few weeks back to review the project details and provide A Perfect Climate's quote and project plan. Rick did an absolutely awesome job of informing me of the benefits of the various recommendations he had for my project, while not coming across in any way as a Salesman. He provided me with some history of the company and his working experience with HVAC, talked about the benefits of the Lennox brands and how the various furnaces and ACs sold by Lennox can benefit the house the best. I had received four prior quotes from different contractors and A Perfect Climate provided the best quote, as we agreed on a 95% efficiency Lennox furnace, 14 seer Lennox Air Conditioner, Humidifer and Air Cleaner, all less than quotes I had received from other contractors for simply the AC and furnace of a similar level brand.

The actual install work is five stars without question. Mike, one of the co-owners, was actually a part of the job team, and the craftsmanship of the work by Mike and Kevin is without flaws. They completed cleaned up the sheet metal work around the furnace (done on-site in their modified truck). Best of all, Mike and Kevin were extremely friendly and were outstanding as far as keeping my wife in the loop as far as the work they were doing and what to expect. It was very apparent to my wife that both Mike and Kevin were well versed in HVAC and had many years of experience with HVAC.

An unexpected positive provided by A Perfect Climate was they also redid the vent work for the dryer, by exchanging out the vinyl tubing and replacing it with metal tubing as well as re-placing the location of the dryer vent to a better location for ventilation.

A Perfect Climate easily earns an A+ in all areas from this satisfied home owner.
