There has been an issue with the website our name is attached to all the information is wrong. I'm very sorry if anyone has had issues with the phone numbers. The only phone number we have is (847) 658-2130 for carry out, Dine-in or catering. Agian I'm very sorry if anyone has had issues with this!! The page that you see above is not our website!!

this place was mediocre at best, the meat dishes are decent but sides lack a backbone in the taste dept. the beans look and taste like canned bbq beans, the steak fries were old and down right disgusting. kids meals of chicken nuggets/mac & cheese was something you can make in a microwave. lunch for two adults and two children ran $40 not including tip, which was a rip off since you have to get your own drinks and are lucky if you see your waitress more than once. the place is small, poorly lit and has an awful smell lingering throughout. far too pricey for an overall bad experience, better food/service and ambiance can be had at other places at a lower cost. to be fair i will mention the positive (albeit few) points i saw, the sausage is tender with a nice texture that texas sausage should have. it has a nice smokey flavor, and pairs well with the spicy sauce. the baby back ribs were also not bad, good smokey flavor and nice meaty texture. we tried this place based on the rave reviews we got from family, we were hoping to avoid going into the city for great bbq with this place. but unfortunately i wouldn't recommend texan bbq in algonquin to anybody with eyes, a nose or taste buds. for a great bbq joint, check my other review. you won't be dissapointed ;0)
