    last 2 times I was there someone put salt in the sugar containers.we were there around 4pm only 2 waitresses & ours kept disappearing. worse service I have ever had- food was ok(would have been better if it hadn't sat for about 5 min since our waitress was gone again)2nd waitress kept appologizing and had to find our waitress other customers had to go to host and ask if someone was going to take their orders will definitely go to the other locations but I will stay out of this one. don't expect any discount on the bill when speaking to the manager about above situation either.so if you do go there check the sugar container first before using it in your coffee but don't say you weren't warned!!!

    A 5-star Pancake House: Great interior. Good for business or family lunch even though the space is a little bit crowded (and babies are always crying). If you can wait for 30 min., their Dutch Baby with sugar powder is simply fantastic. If you are in a hurry, try their Challah French Toast instead. You can't find it anywhere else within 10 miles.
