    Maintenance is a joke, they have NO idea what they are doing. Requests for anything to be fixed, well have fun waiting. I have had a problem with my ceiling for 3 months, now have water damage to that area. So my 8 page complaint letter will be seen in the front office soon enough. City and better business bureau as well.

    Absolutely terrible. Mantainence is a joke. They don't plow in the winter and could care less if you are freezing. The water heater constantly goes out and is not considered an emergency in the dead of winter. Lived there for 8 months and finally wrote an eight page complaint letter and got out of our lease Also, our neighbors had mice and they were also told that nothing could be done.
