    Dr. Ferber is by far the bestI have ever seen. He was recommended to me by my brother and initally was a long drive for me to visit. After my fist visit, I knew he was the right Dr drive or not. He listens to your issues asks lots of questions and really gets to the heart of the problem. I hope to never have to find another Dr. again.

    There is a previous review with concerns about the phones. It should be noted that the phone system has been upgraded. I called and made an appointment in les than 1 minute. If you are considering a Dr. look no further.

    I have been using North Suburban Internists for many years and have been very pleased with whichever of the doctors I have seen. While Dr. Wendi Marcus is my primary physician, I have had occasion to see Dr. Ferber several times, and agree with the previous writers. I never have ANY qualms about recommending this practice to anyone.

    I agree. Dr. Ferber is great! He is caring and has a terrific demeanor. I really feel he is always looking out for my best interest.

    On the flipside, calling the office is brutal at best. The reception who answers the phones has never been pleasant in years. I don't know what it is. I often have issues with being hung up on, instead of put on Hold, or the call drops altogether. not sure if it is a phone system issue or an employee issue.

    Regardless, Love all the partner doctors, especially Ferber!!
