User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe guys that work in the shop are ok guys. But their managers are all extremely rude.
The repair guys had broken a piece, while changing the breaks. They did not ask if they should go ahead with the repair, knowing that if in case it broke it would cost $300 extra. They went ahead broke the piece and expected me to pay for it. They were "nice" enough to let me use one of their cars as a rental for free, since the piece THEY broke had to be delieved there over the weekend. I fought with ALL of their managers and then when I presented the estimate from the other dealership that the break job would be $150 less, they did not want to honor the other dealers price. I had to pay for their mistake! They were extremely rude. I will never go there and DO NOT recomment for anyone to do any repair work there.-

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. FIRST THEY DID NOT WANT TO HONOR THE COUPON THEY SENT TO MY HOUSE TO CHECK MY CAR OUT TO FIND WHATS WRONG THEN AFTER I TALKED TO THE MANAGER THEY CHECKED IT. TRIED TO CHARGE ME TWICE TO SEE WHATS WRONG. AND IF I DID NOT PAY HE SAID OH WELL YOU ARE NOT GETTING YOUR CAR I ALMOST HAD TO CALL THE POLICE ON THIS GUY GOT MY CAR BACK AND IT DID NOT MOVE AND THEY CLOSED AND LEFT ME IN THE PARKING LOT. IT WAS RUNNING WHEN I FIRST CAME.

huge selection of vehilces to choose from. the only bad thing is they dont like to negotiate.
