Professional alterations: I have used the Cotton Club on several occasions. They are a alterations shop located in a red train caboose in Dekalb, IL near the NIU campus on Rte 38. The prices are decent, the quality of work and attention to detail is excellent and her rush fee is only $1.00 extra.
