User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsUse to go to ihop all the time and was excited when the one on Randall opened a few years ago. I've been there only a few time and the service was absolutely terrible. ( the waitress said she forgot about us)
The food is cold...and they are just not good.
I'm surprised (in this economy) they don't even take expired coupons....I'm talking a few days!!!
I used to own a restaurant and we always took expired coupons....oh well. We go to breakfast a couple times a week but won't be visiting IHOP.
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsFirst of all, this a very expensive place for breakfast food. Especially since the food is just barely edible. There was a time when you could go to any IHOP and expect a decent meal and coffee. Not anymore.

My wife and I go there often. We go there because the food is passable, certainly not gourmet or anything like that, just edible. We have sent things back on occasion because of the doneness, or to heat it up more, but never because of bad taste. They always rectify the bill. The managers are nice, he/she knows us from going there. If you are looking for a restaurant for a special occasion, skip this one. If you are looking for a good lunch, salad or breakfast, this is it. The prices are right also. Next door is Applebee's and their menu prices for more glitz, dimmer lighting, and ambience are much higher.
