User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsOurs is not up to par: Although we badly need a coffeehouse/bistro kind of place in DeKalb, the DeKalb Panera disappoints almost every time. The staff do not seem to know what they are doing- except for one woman (Kari?), who works the pastry counter. They put gouda cheese on my son's PB&J once (gross, yes, but he is also allergic to dairy), and have consistentely gotten our order wrong. We always double-check everything before walking out the door.

It's Good: For franchised food, its good. Fresh, fast, and tasty. A little on the pricey side, I do admit.
