User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI had an addition put on in 2005 for my elderly parents. Trend handled all the carpet for their addition - did a first class job. When the building had an error in the sub-flooring, Trend came up, pulled up the carpet for the contractor to fix their error and then returned the carpet to its original installed appearance. They were great! In 2007 they returned to do additional rooms upstairs, my living room etc. Again, great service and workmanship. It is now 2009 and I am about to have them do more work. Don't know how much better a company can be. As for the dissatisfied customer - after 2 installations and having excellent customer service, their comments don't wash. HIGHLY recomment Trend and no, I am not related at all; just detest unfair accusations in these 'comment' or 'review' segments online.

Watch out ! , the carpet installed did not match the sample we ordered from. Trend exercised poor customer service in involving the carpet manufacturer.

customer refused inspection...attempts to verify claims. It's too bad that people can make unsubstantiated claims and post them as if they were facts.
