My co-workers and I had lunch at Yu's today (8/13/09). There was some commotion at the table only to discover my co-worker had a GERMAN COCKROACH in his rice. I'm not talking about a small cockroach - this sucker was BIG. I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN and the word will spread. This place is dirty and filthy.
This is the best Chinese restaurant I have found in the Chicago suburbs.
I love the Noodle Platter. It is a spicy homemade noodle dish with a lot of seafood.
Lunch is a great deal given the quality and quantity of food which they give you. I have eaten here many times. The food is always consistently very tasty and fresh. I highly recommend this restaurant.
I visited Yu's yesterday after I swore a few months ago I would never go back. The first time I had to wait 15 minutes for my waitress to come back to ask for the check. Then I waited another 20 minutes (no joke) for her to come back and take my money. Well the 20 minute wait was enough, she never showed so I took the bill up front to pay, only to notice the soft drinks she had asked if we wanted, were charged as a refill 3 times. I was never notified about the charge for refills and I did not ask for a refill, she offered. The manager did not take them off my check. Yesterday I asked the waiter for a little container for some of the sweet and sour sauce (i had 2 crab rangoon left) so you can imagine I needed a VERY LITTLE bit of sauce. He said he would charge me SO.... I put some of the sauce in my tea cup I never used and took off with it. The service at this restaurant is the worst I have seen. I took my sister as she was in town and she was not impressed AT ALL. I have never been to a restaurant with such terrible service.

Hi.Erin ,How old are you? Are you old enough to go out dinning along? Seems like you don,t even know how to get help when you need, you could waste your life time doing nothing but wait, Grow up quick and learn some common sense before you go to any restaurant .Watch traffic when you across the road, left than right.
