User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI do not recomend these people. They quoted $109 for a job that I got for $29 elsewhere. Total rip off, I would look for someone else to service your car!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThese people were very nice in the beginning, however once you sign the paperwork you will see a different side to them. Customer service dissapears when you find out that there are issues with the vehicle. REGUARDLESS of the warrenty you purchase there will be no help waiting for you at this dealership.

Poor service department: I have used Richard Chrysler Jeep service department a dozen times, since my car is still under warranty. Several items they have had the car in to repair multiple times - one item is now on their fifth try, another on the fourth. They have forgotten to perform services when I have WRITTEN down service requests for multiple items, taken as many as 3 days for diagnostics, and today denied that a service appointment was set, because they are down to only two technicians on a weekend. Charges are always high for inferior service. I won't say whether the car buying experience here is good - I have not purchased from them - but service is awful.

These guys are great... not only did I give them a small list of issues that needed going over with my vehicle, they found some I had missed and infopmed me of their findings before taking care of them. I am completely satisfied with the service I received from Richard CPJ. I could say more but I think you get the point. Four stars go here. Thanx Richard CPJ.
