Schaumburg Honda Automobiles

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I purchased a new car and upgraded to leather seats that had cloth interiors. Picked up the car to get completely different leather seats than what was shown to me. The sales manager is a real jerk, Terri K. He is very young and does NOT know how to handle and treat customer nice. I am so upset that my car is destroyed with crappy leather seats. Get this the driver and passenger seats are zipper leather seat cover. WTF is that!! and I paid $1800 for that ! Today I will see what I can do to fight for this. I regret not going to another Honda dealer.

Worst buying experience of my life period! Sales manager is very arrogant, when I asked the finance manger questions he told me I either buy or leave, too him it dosent matter. He also thrathreatned to repo the car if I didn't pay a measly 98.oo for my registrion on my trade. I told them to cancel the deal. They then literally begged me to stay and ate the $98.oo. very incomptent and unprofessional from the general manager all the way down. This place gives car dealerships everywhere a bad name. Beware, avoid at all costs!!

i dont know about you people but i got my price down to where i wanted it to be
looks like you need to know how to deal with sales people
im not going to say i got greate deal and that i got it easy but it was duable
other places didnt even wanted to talk about price drop
shame on you Gurnee Honda, your deal was Crap

Loved the experiance at Schamburg Honda loved the chalenge and even thou i know they made good money on ME :) i liked it and i got the car i wanted

p.s. Get yourself a Polish salesman, they are good with traiding, and keep on punching till he falls :) good luck
