User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsService at Fenzel Motors is a rip off!!!: There is a great deal of incompetence at this Dealer! They suggest and say they fix one problem when later on down the road it is a whole different problem. Then charge to fix both problems, when the second was the real problem in the first place. They need to get service people and management people in this place that know what they are doing....!!!! Do not take your vehicle here for service! You will be sorry..!!!!!!!
