Unfortunately, the agency does have a difficult time taking on new bands, but only because they seem to work with so many. Many bands I know have had success working with this agency, and sometimes it just takes patience to get yourself in, but that's the case with anything really. I've heard and experienced nothing but good things with this company and with my experience they honestly try to do whatever they can to make everyone happy, within reasonable means of course. Clubs approve of the bands before any solid decisions are made, so if you're having a hard time getting into a club, it's not because the agent doesn't want you there (the agent really doesn't care who gets in, as long as the band and the club are mutually happy and business goes smoothly), it's probably because the club doesn't want you there. If they don't think you can make them money, then you probably won't play at the club, whether the agency wants you to play there or not. Like Chase said, United Talent is a business.
