I WAS SUPPOSE TO GET MY CAR FOR 19,999 AND I PUT 1000 DOWN
SO THE UNPAID SHOULD HAVE BEEN 18,999 BUT THEY PUT 19,254 AS MY UNPAID AND THEN THEY ADDED ALL THE OTHER FEE'S LIKE A DOCUMENT FEE OF 58 DOLLARS, MY CAR IS COSTING ME 31,000 AFTER EVERYTHING

i bought a 2007 nissan sentra from Glendale Nissan, from Rich Janas.
He is a very good salesperson, and doesnt get on your ass like the others do....
i love the service there, but in the waiting room, there is a parts booth...i had to wait like good 10 minutes there before anyone came up, and answred my question. they werent even busy...they were talking in the back of that room...( not on the phone ) i give this dealer a 4 out of 5.

You will be visiting that dealership a lot with your Sentra so better make some friends. In march my SES light came on,I've had a misfortune of dealing with Ralph. Ralph is a thief and all he wanted was my money,I've refused the replacement of recommended part knowing it wasn't the deal,asked them to reset the service engine soon and instead of $550 I've paid $100 for diagnostic. Ralph was very upset that I didn't want it injector cleaning for my new engine and didn't care to check the records before opening his mouth. There is couple good guys in there but in general Nissan has some terrible cars and that is the bottom line.
