They charge 36$ for regular maintenance.
I am not happy with the service because:
- My tires were not in great condition, but they did not catch that
- My wipers were bad, but they had no way to diagnose that too.
When I pointed these out at the end of the service, he said these will be diagnosed the next time!

Worse still, after a few hundred miles of the service, I got the 'Maintenance Reqd' line lit up on the dashboard. I took it to Oakbrook Toyota and they said the (Schaumburg) service folks would have forgotten to reset the light.

Few problems with service: First, the team that signs you in is not the same as the one that checks you out. This is understandable except that the notes that I provide to the person signing me in are lost and are not followed up on.
Second, on multiple occasions, I have had to bring my van more than once to have an issue resolved.

For example: I had an obvious rubbing sound on the brake rotor. The first time I brought it in they found "something", but they never said what it was (problem? debris? other foreign object?). The sound returned a few weeks later. When I picked up the van after the second time, the comment on the ticket was "Could not duplicate problem at this time Operating as intended". Guy that signed me in and the guy that worked on it were both gone, and I received shoulder shrugs from the people that were there. I heard the noise as I pulled out the parking lot.

I have other examples to this effect. Bottom line is that these guys do oil changes (adequately) but that is about it. They screwed up some warranty work, alignments and electrical stuff.

Not real happy when I bought the van either, but they still send me cards on my birthday...
