Babaluci closed this location. I don't know about others. The location has been taken up by a new place called "Ti Amo". Not nearly as good, IMO.
While they were open, however, they were top notch.
Every time of have eaten at Babaluci, the food has been great. Their appetizers are great.

I took my family to Babaluciâs and, I had hoped it would be that rare find in my neighborhood one that I could write to Check Please! about. Sadly we ended up getting mugged by this so-called restaurant.
The food was so disappointing and to pay what we paid for it I felt ripped off. The Pasta Josephine was a let down with very little sausage or sauce the words dry and pasty come to mind. My wife had the bland Seafood Risotto with overcooked and shriveled mussels did I mention that it was bland. The Seafood Risotto was also supposed to have lobster but the lobster turned out to be MIA in her dish. My children had two personal pizzas, which were much larger than your typical personal pizza. It would have been nice of our server to let us know that one pizza would have been enough for our two little children. The pizza was actually ok so that turned out to be the highlight of the meal.
You know you would have thought the server would have gotten a hint that we did not like the food when we pointed out the nonexistent shriveled mussels and, when I did not finish my Pasta Josephine and declined to have it boxed to take home. When the server asked if we wanted dessert we declined and decided it would be to get our desert from Jewel food store. As angry as I am for paying for crap I had really wanted this to be a place to write very well of but, instead we will never go back.
Out of five stars I give it a run like hell to another restaurant!
One more note: I have seen the other reviews Iâm not sure who is writing them but I do wish we had the experience the previous reviewers had. Makes me wonder if they are real reviews or, if Babaluci has gone down hill in a dramatic fashion.
