Woodfield Nissan

Do not go to this place. I purchased a 7 year warranty for my '08 Altima. My center counsel is loose and looks like the screws fell out in the back. I took it in and they told me they won't fix it because my warranty doesn't cover it and my "adjustments" expired after 12,000 miles. I have had SO many problems with t his place and they are AWFUL at customer service. I now go to Arlington Nissan--who FIXED my center counsel for free. Woodfield Nissan does not know anything or have any customer service.

I had a Nissan Altima that had to get taken in to correct a factory defect. The company said it was free just take it in. I took it in and then going home lost control of the steering wheel. I took it back going very slow and with little control of steering wheel and the manager or whoever the service person called over said it has nothing to do with the recall and he can't do any thing about it but they can fix it for a fee. The fees just to look at it was expensive and then they'd charge to fix it. I told him the car was perfect before i took it in and leaving i almost crashed. the manager told me he can't do anything about it. So i left, got it taken to another Nissan in Buffalo grove or Arlington Heights, explained what had happened, showed the recall letter proving the car was fine beforehand, and they fixed it for free. They said someone took out the power steering bolt and never put it back on. What jerks, I will never go back there to Woodfield Nissan again in my life and I hope you will take this into account as well.

DO NOT BUY ANY THING FROM THIS COMPANY....they are all liars and full of differnt ways to defraud you!!! down to the contracts that you sign to the hard core sales tactics, and the finance manager and the general manager are the biggest crooks of all!!
