Where to begin.

1. I called the morning of our check in to see what time we could check in. After the phone rang 7 times a girl answered. She answered my question (it was 4 p.m.), and as I began to ask another she interrupted me and said I'll transfer you to the front desk. I hung up after 10 Rings.

2. For a hotel that charges $160 per night I was not impressed with the room. I could have saved $80, and gone across the street to the Hilton Garden, and had a similar room.

3. Overall every single employee we dealt with made me feel like I was being a HUGE burden to them. There was not ONE person that made us feel like we were welcome.

Aside from all that the food was very good (we went for a wedding). I would not suggest this place for anything, as it is way overpriced, and the staff is absolutely miserable. They wedding party had some bad experiances with their rooms that I will not go into as I did not have direct dealing with the situation. Overall the wedding was nice, but no one in the wedding party was happy with the hotel (or resort if you can call it that).
