User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe went to River Oaks Honda yesterday and drove off in our new 2010 Pilot. I got to meet the owner, Eddie and he was very friendly and helpful. The internet department was very helpful and had great follow up with me. They answered all my questions and we took care of everything online so that it was an easy process once we got there. I didn't have to spend my whole day there either. The new car manager Steve was fantastic, and John Dillon was a great salesman. It was a great experience going there and I would recommend them to anyone.

After visiting many dealerships in the area, we finally decided to purchase our new Accord from River Oaks Honda. We were treated with respect and feel we received an excellent deal. The Finance Manager was very patient while explaining our options and answering all of our questions. She was very thorough and made sure we understood everything before we signed. This is a great place to do business!

This place is a total shady stealership. They advertise their cars online for one price and tack on huge fees, including a $670 "delivery fee" for a used car that they received as a trade-in. total joke of a dealership with horrid customer service, don't waste your time.
