ANOTHER BOLINGBROOK FAILURE.
THE FOOD RESEMBLES PLASTIC AND THE DINNING AREA IS FILTHY AND UNKEPT.
THE GUM CHEWING WAITRESS NEEDS TO BE TERMINATED.
THIS RESTURANT IS RATED 15 CLICKS BELOW "DENNY'S" WHAT A MISERABLE DISAPPOINTMENT AFTER A HARD DAY AT WORK..
WHOEVER IS IN CHARGE OF THIS CHAIN OF RESTURANTS SHOULD INVESTIGATE HIS RESPONSIBLITIES AND TAKE SOME SORT OF ACTION.

Can't believe they are still open.: We finally went back because we were told it was under new management. The orders took forever to be delivered. They were out of soup and vegetables. We had to get up to get silverware from another table. They got our orders wrong. One order came out 5 minutes after the rest and another order we were told when they brought the food out, that there was no hollandaise sauce at all (Why wait until the food is being delivered?). Coffee pots were filthy and there was a layer of water (or something) in the syrup.

At the table next to us, they were told they just finished making the soup, so that family ordered some but never got it. They asked for an extra plate to serve their youngest parts of their meals. They never got that so we gave them our bowl the creamers came in.

Every time we''ve tried to go there something has been wrong with the orders, or it takes 45 minutes or longer to get the food. Never once have we even heard an apology or anything.
