User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsHello????: Holy cow.. I heard about a ma and pa store but this is silly? No communication when you call. Bike will take forever to do. And seems that they can care less if you go there or not? I would definatly use a different dealership. There are alot in the area. Much more caring. Service Manager is non caring.

I have been a long time customer and they are not only the highest in customer satisfaction but if you check the yamaha-motor web site they are the only pro yamaha dealer in state i did my homework and our family is satisfied with Richs as our choice Thanks Richs the sandarigio family
