User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThese guys are the greatest! Kevin in sales was so knowledgeable and helpful. The service guys are spot on. I love the Saturday, while you wait service. Even though they are stacked up in service, they still get me in for my maintenance on Saturdays, all while I wait. And Frank and Josh were very helpful in getting my accessories for my bike. They weren't the cheapest. I did shop around first, but it was worth the little more I paid for great customer service. It's like buying from the Lexus dealer instead of the chevy. But I feel good knowing that they will be there when I need them and that is priceless.

Brought my first bike from these guys back in 1996, saleman were good. Went with a girlfriend last week to look at a bike and they are just AWFUL. They don't give deals! They act like they are doing you a favor by selling you a bike! I make over $150,000 a year. I can afford any bike I want, but I still like a good deal, NOT sticker price! They are very slow and there service techs have attitudes!! I am not sure if it was racism or just rude, but I stood there 10 minutes before anyone asked to help me!! VERY VERY poor customer service!! I decided to go to Chicago Harley. Purchsed a brand new Crossbones $18,900. Better service. CCS lost another customer!!!
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsexcellent salesmen, excellent service.: no one beats you guys....you treat customers as though they are really family. from the sales people (jon, kevin, etc) to the service people ...i highly recommend this place for your motorcycle needs...if possible, avoid larry.lol...just kidding...hes one of the head honchos with a great sense of humor.....
