User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI will never eat here again, the lady that works there is so ignorant and rude, messed up my order and didnt apologize and had the nerve to charge me for sauce after my second trip back !! After telling me on the phone, that giving me an extra sauce for HER mistake wouldnt be a problem. as soon as i get there she had the odasity to say " DO YOU HAVE THE 75 CENTS FOR THE SAUCE, i said she was crazy if she thinks im puttin another dime into this place. Not to mention when i first walked in and said hi, i was not loooked at, no greeting back, was handed the bag and told the price! i dont care if the food is the best on earth. if im treated like crap i will tell everyone i know how bad this place is, trust me i have business in bolingbrook and see a lot of clients and all of them will hear of how rude the people are here. i have continueously been let down by this dump. everytime i call i have some little girl answer the phone who is so nervous and confused and i have to repeat myself itleast 5 times before she gets it right. it litterly takes me 10 mins to place an order for a damn california roll. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE. The manager lady must of been born in a barn and doesnt know how to treat customers.

I eat here often and it has to be the best Chinese carry out/delivery in Bolingbrook. There is another place on Rt53 that has good food, but you can't beat Bok Choy for a great overall experience, service, and value. They also offer delivery.
The prices are very reasonable and the menu offers many selections. The staff is always very helpful and courteous. The food is seasoned to perfection and there is no skimping on the portions.
My favorite items are the Firecracker Shrimp, and thier Kung Po Chicken. The fried rice is always perfect, with generous proportions of meat and veggies.
Order here and you won't be sorry.

I think you may be the ignorant one. Just because someone comes from a different culture then you does not mean they were born in a barn. In many eastern cultures it is considered incredibly rude and even aggressive to look someone in the eye. They fact that she didn't look at you was probably a sign of respect. And please don't think that because she's in America she should act the way "we do." America is supposed to be a place where other cultures are valued and celebrated. Anyways, evertime I've gone here, they are packed. She was probably trying to take an order, print up a bill, and figure out what you owe all at once. Also, many people call and begin rattling off their order. Did it occur to you that english is their second language? Not only is the girl trying to listen over the noise on her end of the phone and possibly deal with a customer who is picking up an order, she is also trying to intrepet and write down your order. I speak slowly anc clearly and give a moment pause between each item and I have never had to repeat myself. As for charging for sauce, big deal. They are running a business and while, yes, it pays to build good relationships with the customers, if I have to shell out a few extra cents for sauce, it shouldn't be the end of the world. If it's gonna break your bank, order off the dollar menu at McDonalds.
