I have been shopping here for years. 100% of the staff is friendly, knowledgable and helpful. They will bend over backwards for you. There are always enough lines open so checking out time is quite reasonable. Well-organized, clean, well-stocked, fresh foodd and the bakery almost always has free cookies. :o) One Saturday I was overcome with dizziness. I spoke to the manager who sent staff to pick up and check out my items. If there is a problem with an item etc, refunds are easily resolved. I cannot rate this store any higher. Jewel staff is excessively rude. The Customer service crew of Carla , Debra and kris is awful. They have no customer service skills once so ever. They talk down to the customers, make smart remarks, roll their eyes, and stomp around like they own the place. They give this store a terrible reputation. Worst services in the world!!!!!! Don't try to use coupons at this store as they are coupon nazis. i guess I should get a job there so I can act like I'm god's gift to jewel. Sad!!!!! -

I ...See MoreI was between insurances so I asked for just 1/2 my normal prescription because it would carry me through till insurance began. I told pharmacist I didn't have the money for the full amt. I was charged $9.00 for 15 pills. I just got the full amount and the price was $9.00. Why didn't the pharmacist tell me I could've had a full presription? He certainly wasn't looking out for me.
