I went into Hawkinson Nissan to purchase a car. I found a 2006 Infinity that I liked. I was given a purchase order contract to take to my credit union for financing approval. I got the approval and returned to the dearlership for the car. The salesman sat me down and told me that they could not sell me the car for the price quoted on my contract. They blamed a price misquote on some new person working there. The finance manager that also quoted me the same price told me that the owner would contact me and the matter would be worked out. Well...that was 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting! Deceptive practice is all you get when you go to Hawkinson Nissan for a vehicle. They will tell you one price and then change it after you fall in love with the car. If you're looking for a reputable car dealer STAY AWAY from this dealership! If you love tricks and deception, then this is the place for you!
Hawkinson Nissan Dealership did not give me an honest answer. Short story, I came in to buy a Jaguar which that had online. My car, which I purchase from this dealership about 3 years ago, broke down. They ask me to toll the car in so the service department can check it out to get a value for the trade-in. I had my car toll in to their dealership. After three days, Benjamin Hawkinson called me to come in to complete the deal. I came into the Hawkinson Nissan Dealership on Monday even after work. Benjamin H nor any Hawkinson Nissanâs consultant have not attempt to call me to inform me that they sold the only Jaguar that the dealership had. The deal went bad and they pass the blame on the owner of the dealership, Robert Hawkinson. They made me pay $115.00 for the service cost to check out my car. When I choose to buy a new or use car in the future, I will not choose Hawkinson Nissan Dealership. You make your chose⦠E. Brown Jr.
If you are looking for the RUDEST sales staff in the south suburbs, go to Hawkinson Nissan!
You will not be disappointed!
Please be sure to tally up the line items that make up the total purchase price, as they tend to leave out certain dollar amounts.
