User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI bought a new Chevrolet Tahoe from Advantage Chevrolet the salesperson and the management staff were very helpful. Even the finance process went very smoothly. My only complaint is that is was a little too easy to buy my car from them, after years and years of buying i was expecting a hassle, but is was very refreshing to buy my car from Advantage.

My husband and I purchased a 2006 Monte Carlo SS on Jan 11, 2009 at Advantage. The salesman was very helpful. On Jan 16th the car had a power steering hose go out. We called Advantage with the problem. Thinking that since the car is only 5 days since purchase, they would stand behind it and fix the problem. We were wrong. We had to take the car to a mechanic ...he fixed it. The part was around $40. Our plan was to return to Advantage in April to trade in our other car. By not standing behind this car, they have lost our future business and saved themselves $40. I will also tell friends and family of their poor service.
