Where to start?
1. Food is generally cold. Especially side orders like Fries/Onion Rings. If they're not cold and they make them fresh, it takes them about 10 minutes to cook up, and you can tell the frying oil needs to be changed. And single side order tastes like a mixture of everything else ever fried in the same tub.
2. Order more than 5 items and chances are you're missing something. And while they will not give you problems when you come back asking for it, it's a pain regardless.
3. Slow service. Rarely I'll be out of the drive thru in 4 minites, half the time they tell me to pull around and wait (for a single whopper or value meal no less). The other half of the time I pull up to the order voice box and I hear "wait one moment". I see nobody in line, and I'll wait for 5-10 minutes! Just to order! Just last week I sat there for 20 MINUTES before backing out and driving away!
4. They have this new thing where once you order and pull to the window, they'll ask you to back up behind a yellow poll. All because of some timer that apparently keeps them from being slow (which they are CHEATING by making you back up!)
5. The workers. As stated before, it seems most of the workers are those fired from the local McDonalds (which has some of the fastest/best service in a fast food place I have ever seen). Occasionally they'll hire someone nice and competent, but they vanish like a week later.
6. Building conditon/cooking hardware. The outside of the building is usually littered with trash and most of the peripheral cooking hardware for shakes and such has been out of order for close to 4 years now. It'll never get replaced.
It's all such as shame. When the place first went up about 15 years ago it was terrific. Fast service, clean exterior, even the food was good. Now they need to just tear it down and build a new one fom scratch. The McDonalds down the road s COMPLETELY different. Fast service, helpful workers, CLEAN building/exterior (they have a guy who sweeps/cleans the inside/outside of the buidlding as a sole job). At BK they seem to so that once a month.
Only go to BK if you NEED a whopper. Everything else, I recommend checking out the awesome place next door called Nicki's Gyros. They sell pretty much everything, and it's always fresh.
Even the managers can't get your order right and you speak with the Large black manager and all he can say is ok............ Not even I'm sorry...........
This is the WORST B-King ever.... from staff to food.... Save your money and don't go there you won't eat the food anyway and wont get your money back because the manager only knows the word OK.........
all the lazy people from mcdonalds got fired and got jobs here, they act like its hard to put bacon on a woper when your the only person in the drive threw. you are a loser if you cant get a fast food order right
