Molto Bene!!!: How often have you been in a party of seven that goes into a restaurant, for the first time, and have every appetizer, every entree and every dessert, and the service be excellent? Twice? Once? Never? My wife and I were lucky enough to be taken to Francesca's Vicinato's Restaurant in Palos Park, IL today. As first timers there we were fascinated by the single page menus that were partially printed and partially handwritten. My wife chose the Pollo Arrosto alla Romano, which consisted of a half chicken which had been roasted with garlic, shallots, rosemary, lemon, olive oil, and served with roasted potatoes. I opted for the Vittelo m'briaco which consisted of veal medallions with prosciutto, mushrooms and herbs in a "to die for" sauce.
Both the chicken and the veal were prepared and served with the utmost of care. The kitchen staff deserves praise for the care of preparation and the presentation.
The veal medallions were tender and the sauce left you with a sense of epicurean euphoria. Following the entrees we opted for the obvious dessert. What trip to an Italian restaurant would be complete without sampling the Tiramisu? Once again our expectations were exceeded. Francesca's serves one of the best Tiramisus my wife and I have ever tasted.

To Manager Joe Taylor I say " molto bene" no, on second thought, I think "eccellente" would be more appropriate. We will return.
Excellent every time: Great food, service, everything!
